Amanda Doyle

Development Manager

Diploma in Childcare and Education, Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood and Education and she is currently studying her Bachelor of Education at CSU.

Amanda has worked in Early Childhood Education for over 15 years, and throughout this time has held an array of positions, ranging from Educator, Lead Educator, right through to organisational wide Educational Advisor and Centre Support Manager.

Having worked in management and support roles over the last 10 years, Amanda understands the day to day challenges of not only managing a centre, but also the challenges associated with providing high quality support to a team. Amanda believes that changing the Early Childhood profession first starts with changing how we supports Educators, Leaders and Managers. To create safe, respectful and rich environments for children, we need to be able to offer this same type of learning environment for professionals and adults working within the sector.

Amanda passionately believes that relationships are at the core of what we do, and fundamental when supporting high quality education. Without relationships that are founded on respect, a clear vision cannot be created and developed. As a professional who has worked within roles requiring her to support quality practice, Amanda prides herself on being an understanding and approachable person, whose personal philosophy is founded on respect and strength-based perspectives.

Amanda is heavily influenced and inspired by the works of Dr Emmi Pikler and Magda Gerber. She has completed the RIEĀ® Foundations course, back in 2017, and embeds this in her everyday practices with children and adults alike.
