With over 11 years of experience in the Early Childhood profession, Claire has dedicated her career to fostering nurturing and stimulating environments for young children. Starting as an Assistant Educator, Claire has progressed through various roles, including Educational Leader, Centre Manager, and now Development Manager for Giggletree. This journey has equipped Claire with a deep understanding of the unique needs of early childhood education settings.
In her current role, Claire supports Centres across Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to provide the best possible care and education. A passionate advocate for creating safe and inviting spaces for children, Claire excels in supporting Centre teams to achieve this goal. Her commitment to coaching and mentoring others has been a cornerstone of her professional approach, ensuring that staff are empowered and inspired to deliver the highest quality of care and education.
Claire is dedicated to ongoing professional development, continually seeking to enhance her knowledge and skills. Currently, she is studying a graduate certificate in Indigenous Education. This pursuit reflects her dedication to gaining a deeper understanding of Australia’s First Nations Peoples and integrating this knowledge into the practices and cultures of the Centres she supports.
